And they shall be mine, saith the LORD of hosts, in that day when I make up my jewels; and I will spare them, as a man spareth his own son that serveth him. Then shall ye return, and discern between the righteous and the wicked, between him that serveth God and him that serveth him not. ~ Malachi 3: 17-18

Within ‘genuine’ America, there is a caring society, a hard working culture and respect for personal responsibility. Imperfections? – Without a doubt. Great people? – Without a doubt.

On the other hand, within the fake ‘divisive and disingenuous’ America, brought on by the likes of Gyorgy Schwartz-Soros, the Clintons, Bushes, and Obamas, there is a very uncaring society, a lazy working culture, and disrespect for personal responsibility. Imperfections? – Galore. Great people? – Not in a million years.

Comparing ‘Trump country’ to ‘Hillary/Obama country’ (and apparently now, to George W. Bush country) is akin to analyzing total opposites. Trump country is genuine, clean, safe, full of good caring people of all skin tones and nationalities, living together in great neighborhoods with respectable children being raised under God’s covering.

Family ties go beyond color and prejudice…

‘Clinton/Obama/Bush/country’? – Good Lord, filthy and rat-infested neighborhoods, full of crime and misdemeanors, hatred of police and schooling. Children? – Generally raised to hate and care about no one but themselves in single-mother homes. Legal immigration is out the window. Sanctuary cities allowed free reign on hiding the most dangerous of killers. And don’t get me started on the perils of ‘Islamic Muslim infiltration’ as pooh-pooed by G. W. Bush over the years.

As commenter with the handle ‘Zorg’ expresses it in one of the threads:

“The great thing about Trump is that he causes people to unmask and reveal themselves. Apparently he’s the Rorschach test of politics. It’s utterly fascinating to watch. All across the spectrum, people react to what they see in Trump in stunningly self-revealing ways. We’ve never been able to read people so well as when they are reacting to Trump.

“Consider Bush, McCain, and Romney. A two-term president and two failed presidential candidates. The top establishment Republican “leaders” of the past 17 years. Trump shows up and they very quickly fall all over themselves to publicly prove what complete idiots they are. Their speeches make zero sense.

“You’d get more genuine insights from reading a horoscope than listening to these people.

“And yet this was supposed to represent the opposition to the Democrats for the past two decades? We can thank Mr. Trump for the fact that his mere existence provokes people like this to run to the microphones and start babbling incoherently. Otherwise we would still be tempted to hold them in some positive regard.[end]

Now check this wonderful essay from Lloyd Marcus in American Thinker and “Living in Trump Country, USA”…

For those of you who haven’t heard, Mary and I moved from Florida to a tiny town in West Virginia to be closer to our parents. We are experiencing wonderful culture shock. I am not a fan of the winding mountain roads. Supermarket and hardware stores are over 20 miles away. And yet, we unexpectedly love our new heavenly haven of Americana.

I am one of around 20 blacks in the population of 500. Everyone from the town hall to the bank, post office and country store knew we were the Marcuses who “bought the white house”.

Virginia brought us homemade bread. Ron brought us corn from his garden which he promised to be the sweetest we have ever eaten. Ron was correct. Old men Charlie and George stopped by to welcome us. Peggy knocked on our front door bearing a gift of a homemade apple pie.

Country church at twilight for evening service…

Mary purchased 3 huge real tomatoes for $2 from a road side vendor’s garden. The old man told Mary she could take as many tomatoes as she wanted. From another small vendor, we purchased locally raised grass fed ground beef. The sales lady said it will taste 10 times better than supermarket’s.

Handyman Randy is a hunter. Randy said he’ll keep us stocked with venison. I thought Randy would be impressed that a member of my family hunts with a bow and arrow. Randy explained that he prefers using a gun because if the hunter’s arrow does not hit the perfect spot, the animal will suffer. Wait a minute, Leftists tell us that hunters are coldblooded SOBs who don’t care about animals. Randy obviously cares. While installing our ceiling fan, Randy said he needed to get more “wor.” Mary eventually realized he was saying “wire”.

The post office and public library closes for lunch. I stopped in the town hall to purchase a permit for the fence I planned to have installed. The clerk looking a bit puzzled said, “We’re pretty laid back here. You don’t need a permit.”

My point about all this of course, is that genuine America is still the America of greatness, except the greatness is hidden far far away from what serves as ‘news’ these days. As another favorite commenter with the handle of ‘VonMises’ puts it:

“West Virginia is like the world Tocqueville found in America in the early eighteen-thirties where there was virtually no government, but nevertheless a genuine population of religious and moral people who respected liberty and property rights. One can still find these genuine places in America even in a socialist state such as New Jersey. But it is even noticeable in my neighborhood the attitude between the rugged individuals and the government crowd.

“Not only during Super-Storm Sandy, but every year my neighbors grow gardens and share tomato and other bounty while I share fish caught, and tasty barbeque from the smoker. But the tragedy is the few teachers and town workers in our neighborhood do not participate. They wait for the government to fill their checking accounts with confiscated booty from the non-government crowd.

“Tocqueville was amazed that people were genuine, civil and even outgoing in helping their fellow citizens when no officials could be found and few laws existed. Genuine Civil Society and good government is built on protecting life, liberty and property rights. Bad government is based on Central Planning and plunder.

“Even those who are basically good people acquiesce to Central Planning as working for the government in New Jersey for some 25-30 years results in a $50K+ Pension and Cadillac Health Care for Life. Who needs tomato and trout to barter and share when the government deposits OTHER PEOPLE’S money in your account every first of the month? [end]

And that, my dear friends, is why the Establishment Proletariat has been hounding President Trump since the day he was duly elected by We the People. Insurgents feeding off the government trough, as President Trump forges ahead with his divine mandate to Make America Great Again!

One remaining thought: As Bastiat taught in The Law; “government and laws can be used to protect or plunder private property. Redistribution of Wealth is nothing but organized plunder”.

And into that category ladies and gentlemen, we can toss in the likes of Gyorgy Schwartz-Soros and his acolytes the Bushes, Clintons, Obamas, and the entire Congress of the United States, while President Trump continues on his massive lonesome quest to clear the Washington DC swamp and Make America Great Again!

Ye are cursed with a curse: for ye have robbed me, even this whole nation. Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it. ~ Malachi 3: 9-10
