Normally, as is my wont, my inclination on “DeeGeesLifeBlog” published on SONdays, is to veer away from the daily political grind of what generally the last 6 1/2 years, has been nothing but doom and gloom. Today however, in light of the fascist, tyrannical, un-Constitutional actions of (what I’ve been terming them for years) the Nine Black-Robed Executioners known somewhat satirically as the Supreme Court Of The United States, I rescind my habit and come forth with a commentary as to where we here in Texas, can change the course of history in a much more positive way than we’re experiencing from the rogue fraud “president” currently hell-bent on the destruction of the United States. Texas isn’t known as “The Lone Star State” for nothing – Texas is special, and in most ways, a lot different than many other states of the Union.

Supreme Court sinks away from the Biblical tenets on its facade...

Supreme Court sinks away from the Biblical tenets on its facade…

In a piece in American Thinker this past Friday, Silvio Canto, Jr., got slightly ahead of himself before Gov. Abbott released his statement …

“Over the last few weeks”, he states, “I’ve heard Governor Huckabee say that he won’t bow to the Supreme Court.  He went further today:”

Constitution, we have three, coequal branches of government. The courts can interpret law but cannot create it. The ruling still requires congressional funding and executive branch enforcement. The Supreme Court is not the “Supreme Branch,” and it is certainly not the Supreme Being. If they can unilaterally make law, and just do whatever they want, then we have judicial tyranny.

Throughout our nation’s history, the court has abused its power and delivered morally unconscionable rulings. They have rationalized the destruction of innocent human life, defined African Americans as property and justified Japanese-American internment camps. U.S. presidents, including Abraham Lincoln, Andrew Jackson, and Franklin Delano Roosevelt, ignored Supreme Court rulings, rejecting the notion that the Supreme Court can circumvent the Constitution and “make law.”

I also reject the idea of “judicial supremacy” as just another flawed, failed feature of big government, inconsistent with what our founders fought a revolution to establish.

Homosexual Marriage Supremes...

“I’m not endorsing Governor Huckabee”, Canto goes on, “I am instead calling on Governor Abbott of Texas to stand up to this ruling by saying something like this”:

First, the Supreme Court is not in the business of creating rights. Justice Kennedy, and 4 others, created a right. They also used the 14th amendment to create a right that was never intended by the people who framed it. Can someone show me where marriage, or the definition of marriage, stands in the context of the 14th amendment?

Second, the people of Texas voted in huge numbers to define marriage between a man and a woman. What happens to these Texans? Who respects their vote?

Third, Texas will not accept this decision. We will meet President Obama, or anybody else, at a Constitutional Convention.

And he ends his column with:

“The conventional wisdom is that the issue is now settled, as was abortion in 1973.  I don’t think so with same-sex marriage.  I believe that a governor should challenge it.  My guess is that he will find that a lot of other governors will join him. We learned this week that justices can rewrite laws and create rights.  It’s time for someone to say NO”.

Black robed executioners...

The State of Texas, as well as many religious institutions in Texas, have been preparing for this decision from the ‘supremes’ for many years. David Barton, of Wall Builders was interviewed a few weeks back and said religious organizations were re-writing documents, because ‘not’ performing same-sex marriages had to be in their documentation before the decision came down.

The official statement from the Governor of Texas, Greg Abbott (as I posted on my Facebook page) hit a few hours after the decision was handed down, and included, in part, the following:

“Despite the Supreme Court’s rulings, Texans’ fundamental right to religious liberty remains protected. No Texan is required by the Supreme Court’s decision to act contrary to his or her religious beliefs regarding marriage.

“The Texas Constitution guarantees that ‘[n]o human authority ought, in any case whatsoever, to control or interfere with the rights of conscience in matters of religion.’ The First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution guarantees the free exercise of religion; and the Texas Religious Freedom Restoration Act, combined with the newly enacted Pastor Protection Act, provide robust legal protections to Texans whose faith commands them to adhere to the traditional understanding of marriage”.

As the old saying goes, “I wasn’t born in Texas – But I made sure I got here as fast as I could”. Thank GOD for Governors like GWB; Rick Perry, and now Greg Abbott who work their tails off to preserve the Godly principles of “life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness” under the Triune Godhead; and Texas is prospering mightily as a result of their commitment to Godly principles, the Bible, and the Gospel of Jesus Christ .. “Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again.” ~ Luke 6:38

Governor Abbott’s full statement right here …

Some would articulate, that based on recent SCOTUS rulings the past three years (or more, go back to 1973 and baby killing) – the dissolution of the Union is inevitable, particularly with the more recent Supreme Court rulings. I believe Justice Scalia sees this and is apprehensive about the future as a result of the Homo-Matrimony ruling, as well as others that are absolutely tearing our nation apart. On the radar scope, are various rulings that are going to inhibit or even eliminate the First Amendment rights of practicing our religion as we choose. With the Supreme Court we currently have, I fully expect more and more rulings that will favor the sodomite class, as opposed to we Judeo-Christians. At some point, they will not only step over the line, they’ll stomp on it! And when that happens, We The People will determine that “enough is enough” and the end result will be the loss of our country as we know it, and the Independence of many states coming to pass. Texas will be only one of many.

“Homo-matrimony” is just another example of issues that will ultimately lead to the dissolution of the Union. Texas is a large state. A VERY large state indeed. And our state, like others (California comes to mind) voted overwhelmingly to define marriage that is incompatible with homo-matrimony. To quote a well-worn phrase, but never implemented by one rogue fraud “president” currently ensconced in We The People’s Mansion, Governor Abbot has drawn a line in the sand! My sense is that the Texas Independence Movement, is going to grow now, even faster than it ever has. Each time the congress or the supreme court kicks us in the behind, it moves Texans even more toward Independence. What are the advantages of remaining in the Union for Texas? I can’t see too many. The time is here, now, for Texans to vote on Independence and if the vote succeeds, then we should secede by abrogating the Annexation Treaty of 1845, and re-establishing our Texas Republic. Who needs Washington, D.C. and the perverted and Satanic “supreme court” of nine Black-Robed Executioners, when all they keep doing is driving us down the long and winding wide road to destruction? Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it”. ~ Matthew 7:13-14

Most times their heads are in the clouds...

Most times their heads are in the clouds…

Now that the Black-Robed Executioners Supreme Court is doing all the work for the Legislative AND the Judicial Branches, both the House and Senate can just turn out the lights and go home! Just think of all the money to be saved by not having to pay all those Congressional salaries and lobbying firms! We might even save enough to pay the premiums for the new SCOTUSCare!

If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land. ~ II Chronicles 7:14

And they shall be my people, and I will be their God: And I will give them one heart, and one way, that they may fear me for ever, for the good of them, and of their children after them: And I will make an everlasting covenant with them, that I will not turn away from them, to do them good; but I will put my fear in their hearts, that they shall not depart from me.
