Governed by back-stabbing ingrates…

When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things. ~ 1 Corinthians 13: 11

Yours truly: Philosophically, I think most people’s politics and beliefs are formed during their (erm) ‘formative years’ when they’re emotionally vulnerable and naive and education is used to rationalize childish ideals rather than subject them to criticism or discard them. Generally you get what you get, and ideologies that failed to do anything other than test their purity have gotten the electorate, and leaders, they deserve. But when corporate profits are up, everything old becomes new again; so all is well.

Scott McKay, American Spectator: We’ve had presidents who have sucked before. But not since Woodrow Wilson had a stroke in office and finished his second presidential term as an invalid, mostly comatose, with his wife running the country as a proxy president, have we had a situation sucking as badly as this one clearly will. What’s worse is even now, we really don’t know who’s running the country. It’s supposed to be the guy we elected. The president is supposed to be in charge.

Governed by back-stabbing ingrates… this one needs pictures to see who’s talking…

Yours truly: In his review to Experiment in Criticism, C.S. Lewis remarked that “There is nothing more characteristically juvenile than a contempt for juvenility.” On January 20 of this year 2021, Joe the BiDDen one slurred over ten or eleven or even more times about our pathway to something; and he’s still claiming to be just that – ie “Mr. Unity” or somesuch. The way he was mumbling however, reminded most of us of an industrial vacuum. Just sayin’.

Scott McKay: Is Joe Biden in charge? He doesn’t even know what he’s doing here. He says it all the time. That sucks. And the world is watching. If I had to guess I would say we’re being governed by a cabal of four, maybe five, people: Jill Biden, Kamala Harris, Nancy Pelosi, and Susan Rice. Rice is probably a proxy for Barack Obama, so you can toss him in as a Billy Preston to the Four Beatles of the American Apocalypse. Or maybe the Spice Girls. Because these people are not the Beatles. The Beatles didn’t suck.

Yours truly: In case you missed it all demoMarxocrats and a majority of Republicans belong to the UniParty. Wake up. Almost all elected officials are in it for the money and power they get from holding office. Wake up. All Bills submitted to Congress are written not by Congressmen but by Lobbyists. Wake up. Washington is run by an army of life-long un-elected Federal Employees who are next to impossible to fire. Wake up.

For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known. ~ 1 Corinthians 13: 12

Governed by back-stabbing ingrates…

Scott McKay: Pelosi especially sucks. How badly does she suck? She’s actively cheering on the insane Zoe Lofgren, who is the chair of the House Administration Committee, in her efforts to unseat a duly elected [staunch] Republican, Mariannette Miller-Meeks, who won [the Iowa] Second Congressional District seat by a razor-thin margin of six votes. Miller-Meeks was certified the winner of her race against Democrat Rita Hart by the state of Iowa, but Pelosi and Lofgren are trying to toss her out of Congress.

Yours truly: If you don’t expect much from people, you won’t be disappointed. The human race is a mix of cat and sheep herds; always a mess if left unattended. Hence the dictators and other various oppressive elites. The twenty or so-plus years after WWII was a final gasp of real prosperity and generally speaking cultural unity in the US. The Baby Boomers have come and gone. We’re now surviving in a maelstrom. And let’s not get started on the last 30+ years when hatred of America on steroids became the predominant political activity in the country on both sides of the aisle.

Scott McKay: What sucks worst about this is that it surprises exactly no one. Biden’s press conference was watched all over the world. In the places that suck the most — like [for example] Beijing, Tehran, Moscow, Havana, Yangon (more properly known as Rangoon), and Pyongyang — the people in charge were popping corks on the finest champagne they could find. Because it confirmed what they already knew: America is leaderless, and the people in charge suck. The Chinese already knew that. They knew it before the debacle in Anchorage earlier this month, and they definitely knew it afterward. At Anchorage, they harangued Secretary of State Anthony Blinken and National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan using the Democrat Party’s own anti-American rhetoric. Endlessly they flogged the critical race theory and Black Lives Matter narrative, throwing it back at the Biden regime to claim that America sucks.

Governed by back-stabbing ingrates … the likes of this gang…

Yours truly: The feral demoMarxocrat party has forever existed as the “party of doom”, in that FDR’s disaster bloated the federal government, totally destroyed the value of the dollar, prolonged the depression, and brought an interminable end to constitutional governance. LBJ’s “great society” further destroyed the currency, totally wrecked the black family and plenty of others besides, created three generations of bastardy, shot crime through the roof repeatedly, and began flooding the country with illiterate peasants; demoMarxocrats’ mythology and nonsense has no further standing power here. Governed by back-stabbing ingrates. Be gone!

Scott McKay: Forget about the fact that most of the police departments in the Minneapolises, Atlantas, Baton Rouges, Chicagos, and New Yorks are run by Democrats on behalf of Democrat mayors. If the BLM argument was true it was always Democrats chiefly to blame. But when you’re covering up the fact that you suck, you have to be more and more ruthless about it. Here’s the problem: at some point, you just can’t cover it up. At some point you just plain suck. [Thursday’s] press conference might well have been that point. This sucks. And it’s going to suck a lot worse going forward. [end]

And now abideth faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these is charity. ~ 1 Corinthians 13: 13
