Baby Saybie May 29 2019 ready to go home at last …

I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live: .. Deuteronomy 30: 19

In today’s getting-more-evil-by-the-minute anti-mellifluous society, the words ‘abortion’ and ‘fetus’ have taken on the mantle of euphemisms.

Webster’s 1828 dictionary for example, describes abortion as the act of miscarrying, or producing young before the natural time, or before the fetus is perfectly formed. Nothing is mentioned about ‘killing’ anything, which is likely why the word ‘abortion’ is now used as a euphemism to make murder seem palatable.

In 1828 according to the dictionary, ‘fetus’ was described as one of the young of viviparous animals in the womb, after it is perfectly formed, ie [adjective ZOOLOGY 1. (of an animal) bringing forth live young that have developed inside the body of the parent / BIOLOGY 2. germinating while still attached to the parent plant // the viviparous seed of the mangrove]

Note ‘one of the young’; does that sound like a clump of cells? Barring trauma or disease, an embryo is viable and will, if left in its natural environment, become a senior citizen. So for all the naysayers out there, when exactly, did this miracle clump of cells turn into a ‘viable’ being?

Baby fetus development at 20 weeks… Saybie, remember, was born at 23 weeks + 3 days…

It’s a valid question because we’ve recently learned of the world’s smallest / youngest human being ever to survive after leaving its mother’s womb at 23 weeks of development; just over half of a normal pregnancy of 40 weeks. Weighing 8.6 ounces at birth last December, the (very) young lady went home the other day as a happy, healthy 5 pound infant named Saybie.

As NBC News reported: Officials with Sharp Mary Birch Hospital announced the successful birth Wednesday. The baby girl was born at 23 weeks and 3 days, induced because she was not gaining weight in the womb after the mother developed preeclampsia. Her parents were advised their baby may not survive the first 24 hours.

That first day turned into two which then turned into a week. The baby girl defied expectations. ‘At birth, she was roughly the same weight as a large apple or a child’s juice box,’ CEO Trisha Khaleghi said.[end]

Not to make it sound too much like an old cli·ché but every once in a while, an abortion story makes me think of the possibilities of the lives that are taken by abortion. The Einsteins, Beethovens, Shakespeares, Tim Tebows, the Dr. Ben Carsons. How many great advancements for humanity have been ‘offed’, murdered by people who didn’t want an inconvenient baby?

As for all the whiny pro-death (not pro-choice, mind you) supporters out there who rant about the rain forests (er, steamy, wet jungles), and the extinct species, plant and animal, that might have been used to cure a few types of cancer or other devastating diseases, do they ever stop to think about the millions of aborted babies, and the distinct likelihood that many of them just might have grown into one or more of those researchers who diligently forged ahead and came up with those cures?

Unfortunately, that has its own inconvenience as well. It is mind-numbingly EVIL that two states have passed legislation (California and Vermont) that relegates these tiny miracles to medical waste because they are ‘inconvenient.’ Personally I can’t wait to see how little miracle Saybie will change the world in her own little way.

Correction – she already has, simply by surviving.

There is no reasoning, logic nor compassion with those within the bowels of government who condone this horrific practice. A legal structure that supports this whole business is complete wrongheadedness. Amazing to think really, that we have had people in positions of power for years that live life totally on the dark side, out of sight and out of mind. This isn’t about choice or even safety, it’s a clear condemnation of God and his Ten Commandments. The foremost of which goes ‘Thou shalt not kill.’

The Declaration of Independence clearly states that We the People have these God-given rights to Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. Without life none of us have liberty, nor the pursuit of happiness; and the reverse is also true. The founders purposely placed these rights in order beginning with the most important:

Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness… plus God and (thank you) Mom

LIFE.

Additionally, I’m very inquisitive as to when the miracle of humanhood actually occurred for miracle Saybie. Perhaps one of the eggheads from Planned Parenthood could enlighten me. Not.

God, being the author and finisher of our life and faith, fully expects us to uphold His proper and just role in our lives, and if we don’t we then basically face an uncertain and painful future hanging on the words and actions of men and not God; the outcome of which is that we will fail most miserably.

‘We hold these Truths to be self-evident’ … Would someone please educate Planned Parenthood?

That thou mayest love the Lord thy God, and that thou mayest obey his voice, and that thou mayest cleave unto him: for he is thy life, and the length of thy days:   ~ Deuteronomy 30: 20
