History affords us many instances of the ruin of states, by the prosecution of measures ill suited to the temper and genius of their people. The ordaining of laws in favor of one part of the nation, to the prejudice and oppression of another, is certainly the most erroneous and mistaken policy. An equal dispensation of protection, rights, privileges, and advantages, is what every part is entitled to, and ought to enjoy. ~ Benjamin Franklin, Emblematical Representations, Circa 1774

There’s absolutely no doubt that our tireless president enjoys making the world a better place while having fun showing everyone how it’s done. Following the torrid election process, he walked full tilt into a nearby-cesspool of corruption and laughed in the face of his formerly-confident adversaries. And we all know who they are.

As yours truly has been posting all this past week, his legacy is his contribution and dedication to world history’s first true “Nation of all its peoples.” He has become a true reformer of the reformation that our nation’s founders fought and died for.

MAGA! KAG!

Money for instance, is merely a convenient tool to him, not as it is the ‘be all-end all’ for the avaricious sewer swamp dwellers that is Washington DC. Power is also a tool for him, not a drug to be infused by the prideful. And finally, control is a tool for him, not a device of oppression, as it is for those same enflamed sewer swamp politico-operatives.

President Trump uses these tools toward one purpose: to support and defend every believer in the American Dream and elevate them to the lofty heights of free-speech; freedom of thought; constitutional action; pursuit of happiness; and self-determinism.

There’s an old, old dictum which goes: ‘All good men are loved, but any good man who stands up against evil will be hated in his time upon this earth’ … the body of which was more formally described by Edmund Burke as: “When bad men combine, the good must associate; else they will fall, one by one, an unpitied sacrifice in a contemptible struggle.” (Thoughts on the Cause of the Present Discontents, 1770)

Back to the developing legacy …

The cathedral background of the Masterpiece is interesting, being indicative that President Trump receives inspiration and guidance from The Master, praising and glorifying God in every rally speech, in his actions and in his directives. It would seem clear that he has been raised up by God for this moment in history and is being used for His Name’s sake.

When the Masterpiece is finished, Christians particularly will see the extent of the Artist’s work, and thank God for President Trump (and his family) for staying God’s course and seeking His guidance in all things. Many might not comprehend the depth of his faith until they see the finished Masterpiece, but the journey will hold more meaning for those who comprehend his faith from the onset.

As the artist Jon McNaughton puts it himself: “What does the future hold for America? President Trump’s last few years in office have been remarkable. He has changed the direction of this country economically, devastated ISIS, negotiated with countries on the world stage, and been a powerful voice for American ideals.

“It hasn’t been easy, as he has been blocked by both Republicans and Democrats, trashed by the media, and hunted by the deep state in an attempt to undermine his presidency. But, the “painting” is not finished!

The Masterpiece continues to unfold…

“I believe that Trump will yet reveal in the future a greater degree of prosperity, justice, and American influence that has never been seen before. His greatest achievements are yet to be revealed. How will history remember the presidency of Donald J. Trump? I believe it will be considered a “Masterpiece.”[end]

MAGA! KAG!

We have staked the future of all of our political institutions upon the capacity of mankind for self-government, upon the capacity of each and all of us to govern ourselves, to control ourselves, to sustain ourselves according to the moral principles of the Ten Commandments of God. ~ James Madison to the State of Virginia General Assembly, 1778 (attributed)
