Thomas Lifson, American Thinker: It sure looks like a lot of people are very nervous about the audits of ballots cast in the 2020 presidential election. [This past Friday] the Attorney General of the United States, Merrick Garland, announced that the DOJ is ‘applying scrutiny’ to post-election audits and will offer ‘guidance.’ “We are scrutinizing new laws that seek to curb voter access and where we see violations we will not hesitate to act,” he said. “We are also scrutinizing current laws and practices in order to determine whether they discredit against black voters and other voters of color.”

DGH: Federal interference in a state’s election is a constitutional bridge too far for the DOJ but desperate times call for desperate measures for the corrupt. They’re already in too deep. Governors, legislators and their reticent followers – ie the people who vote for them in the affected states – may be forced to stand against the crimes committed. Even if it requires physically protecting the evidence and arrests of those that would destroy it. Interesting times.

Lifson: Particularly concerning within this regard are several studies showing that in some jurisdictions nonwhite voters must wait in line substantially longer than white voters to cast their ballots. According to the Epoch Times, Garland and the Department of Justice will apply the same scrutiny to postelection audits, to make sure the election reviews (see link down below) fall in line with federal laws meant to protect records and guard against voter intimidation.”

DGH: The best way to steal something from a store is to do it nonchalantly. If you make a big explosion for instance, turn and run, otherwise you’re going to draw attention and you’ll get caught. When they stole the election on election night, it was obvious to everyone, because they didn’t just slip in a few votes here and there; no they unloaded trucks in the wee hours of the morning night with stacks upon stacks of illegal Joe Biden votes. Criminally, that is!

Lifson: There is a ton of sickening irony in Garland’s implicit threat to auditors. At Gateway Pundit, Joe Hoft lists some of the egregiously suspicious activities (link down below) during the counting of ballots on election night that the Department of Justice refused to investigate. Things like expelling visitors, covering up windows and then being caught on surveillance cameras pulling suitcases out and running ballots through machines.

DGH: Still to this day there’s no viable explanation for all six states to simultaneously quit counting when Trump was ahead by staggering margins. Even the propagandists won’t address that, but they knew it was going to happen. Before the election there were several news stories that seeded a plausibility of election counting going on for weeks instead of election day; but even then there was no reasonable explanation given. This is the same Merrick Garland who is already working on a legal framework to fight “white terrorism” – whatever that means – which presumably will serve as a cover for white genocide that neo-Bolsheviks have been aiming for, so he will no doubt “find” something to merit the punishment. Criminal that he is!

Lifson: If the election was so honest, what does anyone have to fear from an audit? It would only confirm the integrity of the results. But instead of welcoming confirmation of the results that would be expected if everything had been properly handled, Democrats, NeverTrumpers and the agitprop media are escalating their rhetoric, while offering zero substance to their objections to the audit. Others focus on the “secretive” donors (Guardian link below) who are helping defray the costs of the audit, repeating the mantra that suspicions are “baseless.” The agitprop media has already labeled disputes over the election integrity “The Big Lie” but refuses to support the developing evidence of that integrity.

DGH: The entire Leftist power structure is at risk with these forensic audits. The only way demoMarxocrats can win on any significant level is massive – and I mean MASSIVE – coordinated, interstate, voter fraud. Watch for Garland to continue the fight to keep his boss from having to step down early or go to prison. The blatant corruption never stops, and this nation is not as divided as we are led to believe. The globalists simply want us to feel isolated like rats in our cages, but if we could see from a bird’s-eye view, we would be surrounded by stacks and stacks of fellow rats all feeling isolated in their own separate cages; and they would be outnumbered immensely.

Lifson: A regular operating company that would decline an audit to its financial statements would get into serious trouble with the SEC and would be delisted from stock exchanges, and undoubtedly sued by shareholders. But somehow, auditing an election is purported to be an attack on democracy. Sorry, but intimidating those who develop evidence of electoral fraud is the real threat to democracy, worthy of a banana republic.

DGH: “Nemo judex in causa sua” is a Latin phrase that means, literally, “no-one is judge in his own cause.” It is a principle of natural justice that no person can judge a case in which they have an interest. Garland and the entire DOJ corruptocrats need to recuse themselves from all matters of auditing the stolen election. It’s a states’ rights issue. Garland is all bluster, bluff, and noise, having absolutely no power over the state legislature 10th Amendment powers, and thereby should be recusing himself because he’s part of the administration whose legitimacy is in question – ie covering up the steal naturally. Which ultimately makes him a criminal – And thereby subject to arrest!
