For years, Morris County in New Jersey had been giving historic churches money to make repairs under an historic preservation program. In 2015, the State Supreme Court ruled that taxpayer funds should not be used to repair places of worship. A challenge to this ruling recently went before the U.S. Supreme Court, which declined to hear the case, but Justice Brett Kavanaugh pointed out that “[b]arring religious organizations because they are religious from a general historic-preservation grants program is pure discrimination against religion.” This “would raise serious questions under this Court’s precedents and the Constitution’s fundamental guarantee of equality.” ~ Mark Tapson, in reviewing David Horowitz’ latest book Dark Agenda: The War to Destroy Christian America

The devil of the left and his followers have been targeting war against Christianity from the very beginning, so if we believers are to understand them, we must unravel the reasons for their unrelenting quest to destroy Christianity.

Antonio Gramsci, insisted that the destruction and supplanting of Judeo-Christian morality was essential to a successful Marxist revolution in America. He openly stated that as long as the citizens adhered to their moral code, thus maintaining moral clarity, they would reject Marxism.

Had the Supreme Court not twisted the 1st Amendment into something unrecognizable by the parsing of words, sentences and meaning, the left wouldn’t be openly advocating the murder of babies after they are born.

It all begins with the perversion of the 1st Amendment.

What generally goes missing from the discussion is the necessary role of Christianity in defining what America is. The crux of the whole issue after all, is found in the Declaration of Independence.

The Constitutional Republic of the United States was founded preeminently on the belief that God gave unalienable rights to human beings. Without the Judeo-Christian God of the Bible there aren’t any unalienable rights.

Without unalienable rights, the United States of America ceases to exist.

The Ten Commandments were given to us for our enduring benefit…

Marx, like Gramsci, attempted to put a human face to tyranny by describing it as ‘equality and compassion’. Yet nearly every society which has ever existed has been ruled by tyrants in one form or another; hubris combined with megalomania.

All the tyrants of the 20th Century suffered from the same war-like affliction; Lenin, Stalin, Mao, Hitler, Pol Pot, Castro, Mugabe, Idi Amin (am I missing any?) – the list goes on and on.

The Center for the Study of Global Christianity, an academic research center that monitors worldwide demographic trends in Christianity, estimates that between the years 2005 and 2015, 900,000 Christians were martyred – an average of 90,000 Christians each year.

Cruelly put – Every day 25 or more Christians are killed for their religion. Tens of thousands of women are raped and enslaved simply for being Christian. Even if you take the supernatural out of the equation, there is no fault in the teachings of Jesus Christ; those very doctrines of God and Christ are what inspired our Constitution, founded the nation, and yes, freed the slaves.

Our institutions have become an embarrassment and that’s mostly due to removing God from the public square, especially so in education which even our own government has concluded is a Federal failure.

Blame the ACLU as responsible for this, going all the way back to the Scopes trial.

.. that passeth all understanding..

Evolution, despite all the spurious attempts to make it somehow relevant, is still a theory. Not one example of evolution has ever been documented.

EVER.

Can I, or any of us prove the existence of God? No, but I do find it curious how even people who claim no belief in God are perfectly willing to acknowledge evil and its partner, war.

Evil is real; war even more so. God and Judeo-Christianity is the cure.

If it isn’t a teacher’s right to preach the Bible it sure isn’t a teacher’s right to preach against it either. Nor to allow five times a day prayer vigils, as disrupting as they inevitably must be.

But unfortunately, that is what’s happening and American children are graduating ignorant and hate filled with zero critical thinking skills.

Judeo-Christians need to be reminded that for 2000+ years we’ve been mostly outnumbered and surrounded with the feeling that we’re about to be overrun and exterminated. We also need to remind ourselves that as long as Jesus is Lord, it will never fully happen. Persecuted, yes, misunderstood, yes – but never completely down and out.

God always reserves a strong remnant for His purposes. And this hour and time is no different.

Then said I, Lord, how long? And he answered, Until the cities be wasted without inhabitant, and the houses without man, and the land be utterly desolate, And the Lord have removed men far away, and there be a great forsaking in the midst of the land. But yet in it shall be a tenth, and it shall return, and shall be eaten: as a teil tree, and as an oak, whose substance is in them, when they cast their leaves: so the holy seed shall be the substance thereof. ~ Isaiah 6: 11-13
